With "Bye-Bye Baby Belly," we want to reach out to mothers  after  4th months of giving birth, to look for a way to get back to their shape and look as good or even better than before. In order to lose the belly fat, a healthy diet and a targeted building training are indispensable. The "10 - weeks special program" Bye Bye Baby Belly "includes a complete body workout with the effects in the following areas: strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and stamina. The workouts will work primarily with one's own body weight as resistance, the functional strength and the feeling of one's own body strength.
