Pilates is a method of body conditioning based on using positioning and gravity to work the muscles. STRETCHING
a set of exercises consisting gradual stretching of the muscles. Such exercises should be a regular part of every practice, used both, as the warm-up but also as a way to calm the body after exercises.
Making stretching execises helps to maintain proper posture, determines the flexibility and freedom of movement, helps to maintain or increase the range of motion of joints and reduces the risk of injuries.

is the fun high energy Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red hot International music and contagious steps for all ages, fitness levels and abilities with music and an atmosphere that is truly invigorating!

ALFA MOVEMENTS
With Primal Moves we are seeking to improve physical and mental well-being through playful motions by increasing our complex full-body movements. Over the course we will may crawl, roll like babies; jump, squat, doing interactive games, races and cooperative activities. Many of these graceful exercises making each workout an enjoyable rediscovery process that stimulates the body and the brain, while improving both strength and cardiovascular condition.

PILATES INTO BALLET
Pilates + floor barre + ballet = Pilates into ballet
During this class you will be working on Pilates "power house" thought the movement of ballet exercises with various posture. Breathing, centering, stretching, strengthening, coordinating, flowing and dancing with your body. Class is suitable for all levels and does not require previous dancing experience.
